Ocean Front Lawn
If you’re searching for scenic outdoor venues with island ambience, our expansive Ocean Front Lawn area is an inspiring location for corporate picnics, team-building activities, and business receptions.

Executive Board Room
For business retreats or smaller meetings and gatherings, our Executive Board Room is convenient and comfortable. The room accommodates up to 15 people and comes equipped with WiFi access and audio visual set up for presentations.

Conference Room
Located on the 9th floor of our Kaanapali hotel, the conference room is set up with classroom seating. The room accommodates up to 25 people and comes equipped with WiFi access and audio visual set up for presentations.

Lanai Lounge
Stretching out into our tropical gardens, the Lanai Lounge can accommodate small intimate events or large gatherings. Adjacent to the lobby reception area, this open-air space is also suitable for welcoming attendees as a pre-function space.

Beach Club Restaurant & Bar
Overlooking the beach and swimming pool, the family-style Beach Club Restaurant & Bar evolves from day-time casual to evening romantic with its sunset views, candlelight and tiki torches. Groups can reserve space for breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and receptions with the islands of Lanai and Molokai as a backdrop.
